An online service for industry professionals to submit duties applications when a transaction cannot be processed on Electronic Duties Returns (EDR).

eDuties is an online service provided by Revenue NSW, which offers industry professionals the ability to submit duties applications when a transaction cannot be processed on Electronic Duties Returns (EDR).

By using eDuties you can:

  • save time by instantly uploading applications
  • monitor the progress of your application with real time tracking
  • experience improved turnaround time on completing your requests
  • securely send and store sensitive information
  • send enquiries to EDR
  • mark requests as urgent
  • have multiple contact for each registration who can access eDuties.

Avoiding processing delays

Requisitions for further information or documents causes delays when processing eDuties applications. To avoid delays, ensure that all relevant documents are uploaded at the time of lodging the application.

Specific evidentiary requirements are listed in the eDuties application based on the application type selected. The relevant documents must be uploaded in the corresponding fields.

To ensure that the appropriate evidentiary requirements are shown in the eDuties application it is important that the correct application type is used. Refer to the eDuties applications list or contact us for assistance in determining the correct application type.
