What we do

We provide a processing service for over 250 organisations that issue penalty notices in NSW.

We process fines and fees for local councils, NSW Police Force, Sydney Trains, hospitals, universities, and various statutory boards and trusts.

We collect ambulance fees for the Ambulance Service of NSW and other government agencies.

We issue penalties directly for camera-detected offences, such as speeding, driving through a red light, and driving in a bus lane.

We also investigate, issue notices and prosecute anyone lodging false nominations, or failing to nominate drivers for demerit point offences.

If you don't pay a fine or fee

If you don’t pay a fine or fee in full by the due date, or arrange to pay the debt, we'll commence recovery action.

If you don’t believe you committed the offence, nominate another person.

You can also request a review of your fine, including an overdue fine.

Do you know the options available to fix your fine? (please note this is not a Revenue NSW website. We do not guarantee that any information on the NSW Fine Fixer is current or accurate).
