If you have received a fine for breaching a NSW COVID-19 restriction and want to know your options about your fine, call 02 7808 6934.
We provide a processing service for over 250 organisations that issue penalty notices in NSW.
We process fines and fees for local councils, NSW Police Force, Sydney Trains, hospitals, universities, and various statutory boards and trusts.
We collect ambulance fees for the Ambulance Service of NSW and other government agencies.
We issue penalties directly for camera-detected offences, such as speeding, driving through a red light, and driving in a bus lane.
We also investigate, issue notices and prosecute anyone lodging false nominations, or failing to nominate drivers for demerit point offences.
If you don’t pay a fine or fee in full by the due date, or arrange to pay the debt, we'll commence recovery action.
If you don’t believe you committed the offence, nominate another person.
You can also request a review of your fine, including an overdue fine.
