Electronic conveyancing (eConveyancing) is replacing many of the paper and manual processes traditionally required for the settlement and lodgement of conveyancing transactions.
The Registrar General has announced that from 1 July 2019, as part of an industry-wide plan, all mainstream property transactions will be electronic. You can read more about the eConveyancing industry changes on the Registrar General's website.
To start processing your eConveyancing transaction, you must subscribe to one of the Electronic Lodgement Network Operators.
Revenue NSW supports eConveyancing and is moving to support a paperless end-to-end conveyancing process.
This section provides information on how your client's duties assessment and payment are integrated with eConveyancing.
