Our strategic plan

Our purpose is to contribute to a prosperous, safe and fair society by collecting revenue, resolving fines, administering grants and recovering debt.

Revenue NSW Aspire 2032 (PDF, 773KB) sets out how our organisation is working to be the world's most innovative and customer-centric revenue agency over the next 10 years, effective from July 2022 to June 2032.

This strategy is being driven by a talented and engaged workforce, deeply committed to improving the customer experience and delivering excellent outcomes to help fund the future of NSW.

Through this strategic plan, we aim to ensure that our agency is forward-looking, adaptable, intuitive, and agile so that it stays relevant in all future environments.
