Who needs to opt in
Update your communication preference to email in Land Tax Online if you would like to:
receive your notices via email
nominate a representative (including but not limited to a solicitor, accountant or family member) to receive your notices by email, and/or
receive payment notices and alerts by email for interest-free payment plans.
Once you have opted in, we will only send notices to your selected email. You will no longer receive paper notices in the post.

Access your notices anywhere, anytime.
Save a copy of your notice on your desktop or mobile.
You can update your communication preference at any time in Land Tax Online.
However, we start sending annual assessment notices to landowners in January.
Note
If your communication preference is currently email, log in to Land Tax Online to:
check that your email address is up to date, and
marked Yes for Email verified.
Ensure that you receive land tax notices on time by keeping your contact details and communication preference up to date.
Nominate a representative
If you would like to nominate a representative (such as your solicitor, accountant or family member) to receive your notices, follow the instructions below and add their email instead of your own.
The nominated representative will need to confirm their email to receive your notices.
