From 6 June 2023, Revenue NSW is making it easier for customers to manage their land tax online with a MyServiceNSW Account.

The new digital platform is part of Revenue’s commitment to provide customers with a seamless and high-quality service, making it easier for customers to manage their taxes and payments.

What does this mean for you?

You will be able to access land tax via your MyServiceNSW Account. When you enter your MyServiceNSW account, you will have the option to add land tax to your services.

You can then easily move between land tax and the other services that you access via Service NSW. You will also be able to move freely between services without having to log in separately.

From 6 June 2023, you will be able to complete the following actions from your MyServiceNSW Account:

  • view and manage your land tax online
  • lodge a return, request an exemption or make any changes to property details
  • access current and past notice of assessments
  • pay your land tax and set up an extended payment plan
  • update your notifications preference to digital.

To implement these improvements, Land Tax Online services will be unavailable from Friday 2 June 2023 (22:00 AEST) to Tuesday 6 June 2023 (7:00 AEST).
