Managing a fee

We act on behalf of government agencies in NSW to recover outstanding debts for fees and services including:

  • council rates
  • council licences
  • utility fees
  • health service fees
  • worker's compensation premium fees and
  • any other service where a charge is incurred.

The recovery of these fees helps to fund essential services and infrastructure for the people of NSW.

These changes form part of the State Debt Recovery Act 2018 which commenced 28 August 2018.
