Duties compliance portal

To improve customer experience and data security, Revenue NSW has introduced a new secure Duties Compliance Portal.

On this page

The Duties Compliance Portal is an online service provided by Revenue NSW to assist customers and Electronic Duties Returns (EDR) clients in complying with requests relating to Duties compliance activities.

The portal enables customers and clients to receive notifications from Revenue NSW during the audit process and securely upload requested documents.

By using the Duties Compliance Portal you can:

  • save time by instantly uploading documents
  • monitor the progress of your compliance cases with real-time tracking
  • experience improved turnaround time
  • securely send and store sensitive information
  • delegate compliance cases to a contact for actioning.

Your Duties Compliance Portal account

A notification will be sent at the beginning of an audit containing information on how to access and use the portal.

Once registered, you will be able to view the transactions selected for investigation and upload the required documents via the portal.

Each time we make a request for information, an email notification will be sent to the nominated user.

If you have any questions, you can contact the case officer assigned to your case.
