Shared Equity expansion

Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper will be expanded to allow eligible victim-survivors of domestic and family violence to apply for the program.

Those who have experienced a domestic/family violence incident, and can supply specified supporting information, will be encouraged to check their eligibility to apply.

Revenue NSW is overseeing the expansion, taking advice from the Department of Communities and Justice.

The expansion will commence this year.
