We completed our routine maintenance ahead of schedule. Our online services are now available from 9 pm on Sunday, 21 April.

Online services and payments

We’re performing routine maintenance to make sure our systems are working properly.

Services affected	Most of our online services will be unavailable during this time.
Payments	You can still make payments while we undergo maintenance of our online services using the following links: Fines Taxes, duties, levies and royalties Ambulance fees: call 8083 9669 to process your payment Make sure you have your reference number ready.
Special requirements	Lifting of sanctions is not available during this time. Call us on Tuesday 23 April, for further assistance

The contact centre and all online services will be back on Tuesday, 23 April.
You can call us from 7:30am until 8:00pm.
Our contact centre will be closed on Anzac Day, Thursday 25 April however our online services will be available.
