The Revenue ruling DUT 052 explains the process for requesting approval for a shared equity scheme and for accepting a person as a shared equity partner.

The Treasurer’s guidelines DA 022 were designed to allow flexibility in the development of shared equity schemes and to encourage innovation to better meet homebuyers' needs.
