Our clients

We issue invoices and notices for these government agencies and process payments on their behalf.

Burwood Council

Burwood Council issues invoices relating to:

  • health inspections
  • skin penetration and
  • cooling tower inspections.

The council is also permitted to carry out compliance work on all food and health care premises across the area and enforce penalties for non-compliance in its role as an enforcement agency for the NSW Food Authority.

We act on behalf of Burwood Council to issue invoices for the costs of these services.

Fire and Rescue NSW

Fire and Rescue NSW enhance community safety, quality of life and confidence by minimising the impact of hazards and emergency incidents on the people, environment and economy of NSW.

We act on behalf of Fire and Rescue to recover unpaid debts over 90 days for services provided.

icare

Insurance and Care NSW (icare) protects, insures and cares for the people, businesses and assets of NSW. They provide workers compensation insurance to more than 326,000 public and private sector employers in NSW and their 3.6 million employees.

In addition, they insure builders and homeowners, provide treatment and care to people severely injured on NSW roads; and protect more than $193 billion of NSW Government assets.

We act on behalf of icare to recover overdue workers compensation premiums.

Mosman Council

Mosman Council issues invoices relating to health inspections.

The council carry out compliance work to contribute to a safe and healthy community through inspections of works and effective regulatory enforcement.  All regulated premises in Mosman are inspected each year to educate and, as required, enforce health and safety regulations.

We act on behalf of Mosman Council to issue invoices for the costs of these services.

NSW Ambulance

NSW Ambulance delivers emergency medical services, clinical care and health related transport to the people of NSW.

We act on behalf of NSW Ambulance to recover unpaid ambulance fees for services provided.

NSW Fair Trading

NSW Fair Trading helps to educate consumers and traders about their rights and responsibilities and makes doing business in NSW simple, accessible and fair for employees, consumers and industry.

We act on behalf of NSW Fair Trading to issue invoices and recover debts such as:

  • payments owed to the Property Services Compensation Fund
  • payments owed to the Motor Dealers and Repairers Compensation Fund
  • monetary penalties resulting from disciplinary actions and
  • compensation orders resulting from prosecutions.

Point to Point Commission

Point to Point Commission makes it easy for taxi and booking-service providers to comply with the law and run their businesses in NSW.

We act on behalf of Point to Point Commission to collect the passenger services levy from these providers.

SafeWork NSW

SafeWork NSW is the regulator for workplace health and safety in NSW workplaces, and provides advice on improving health and safety standards, issues licences and registrations for potentially dangerous work, and investigates workplace incidents.

We act on behalf of SafeWork NSW to issue invoices relating to the annual and variable fees of major hazard facilities.

State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA)

The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is responsible for the regulating workers compensation insurance, motor accidents compulsory third party (CTP) insurance and home building compensation.

We act on SIRA’s behalf to issue invoices for double avoided premium fee under section 155 of the Workers Compensation Act 1987.

TAFE NSW

TAFE NSW is the largest provider of Vocational Education and Training in Australia, offering a range of courses to students while providing the framework to enable a number of industries to operate.

We act on behalf of TAFE NSW to recover unpaid enrolment fees, charges or money due to the TAFE Commission for education and training provided under section 35 of the Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990.

Transport for NSW (TfSW) E-Toll

TfNSW E-Toll operates under the NSW State Government to deliver electronic tolling solutions for customers and businesses to pay for tolls across Australia.

TfNSW E-Toll is also responsible for the issuing Toll Notices for unpaid tolls incurred on the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Tunnel. We act on behalf of Transport for NSW to recover debts for unpaid toll notices related to trips on these roads.

TfNSW do not collect on toll notices for any other toll roads in Australia. Only toll notices for the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Tunnel are referred to Revenue NSW.
