You can view your parking space levy assessment notices from the past five tax years online.
In some circumstances, assessment notices may be reissued following a reassessment or amendment after you lodge your annual return. When this occurs, only the most recent version will be available to view and download.
Other parking space levy correspondence
If you have received any written communication from Revenue NSW by email or post about your parking space levy liability, you can also access this correspondence online. Only correspondence relating to the current tax year is available to view and download.
Accessing your assessment notice online
Parking space levy assessment notices are issued annually after Revenue NSW receives your annual return. These notices are sent according to your preferred communication method – email or post.
If you need another copy of your assessment notice, a digital PDF version can be viewed and downloaded through Parking Space Levy Online Services.
Assessment notices can only be accessed online by owners of the liable parking spaces or their authorised representatives. Parking space owners and their authorised representatives can get access by logging into Parking Space Levy Online Services using the client ID and correspondence ID on the most recent correspondence from Revenue NSW.

Select Continue
Your client ID and correspondence ID can be found at the top of your most recent correspondence from Revenue NSW. If you are new to parking space levy and don’t have these details, you will need to register for parking space levy.

Enter your submitter details
The details you provide on the ‘Submitter details’ screen are used to identify you when updating or making changes to this client ID. These details will not update your Revenue NSW contact details.
Enter your name, email address and contact number, then select Continue

Navigate the menu
On the ‘Overview’ screen, select Correspondence
If a ‘Declaration’ pop-up window appears, read the information in the window and select I agree if you agree to the declaration.
To view or download an assessment notice, select Notices of assessment
To view or download other correspondence, select Other correspondence

View and download
Select View PDF for your chosen correspondence.
The document will open on a new tab of your web browser.
You can then download and save a copy of the correspondence from your web browser to your device.
If your assessment notice is not available online
Your parking space levy assessment notice will be available online to view and download within 24 hours of being issued. If an assessment notice is not available online, it is possible that:
the assessment notice has not been issued yet, or
we received a parking space levy return that resulted in a change to your liability, and an updated assessment notice was (or will be) issued. Only the most recent assessment notice is available to view and download.
