In this session, we will provide an overview of the Principal Place of Residence (PPR) exemption, including how it works, the basic eligibility requirements, common restrictions that are often misunderstood, and practical examples.

Next month in Part 2, we will explore PPR concessions that can extend the exemption in more complex situations.
