We're making it easier to manage your property tax. Our redesigned website launches Wednesday 19 November with a simpler layout and clearer information tailored to your needs.

Why are we making these changes

Based on your feedback, we've made it easier to:

  • Understand how your property tax is calculated
  • Know your obligations when selling a property as an included owner
  • Read and interpret your notice of assessment
  • Access factsheets for property professionals to share with clients.

What is new

  • Streamlined navigation: We’ve re-organised pages and added clearer links so you can find what you need faster.
  • Quick access to the Property Tax Online Enquiry form: We’ve introduced a new quick access button on the homepage so you can easily reach the Property Tax Online Enquiry form to update your details, respond to a notice, or tell us about a change in land use.
  • Step-by-step instructions on how to update your property tax details, including how to:
    • update your contact details
    • respond to  a notice of investigation
    • apply for a special treatment
    • request a pro rata quote if you have sold your property
