Emailing assessment notices

If you have a land tax liability for 2020, and you have previously opted-in to receive your notice electronically, you'll be receiving your assessment notice via email in March.

As part of our commitment to 'government made easy', all electronic land tax notices and assessments will now be sent through your Service NSW email account.

And, in future, all land tax notices and assessments sent to you via email can also be accessed through your Service NSW account.

Bushfire-affected customers

In response to the recent bushfire emergency, we're delaying the issue of land tax assessment notices until the 27 April 2020 if you're in a bushfire-affected postcode.
