Overview of online services

We provide free and secure online services to help you complete tasks including but not limited to lodging a return, paying a fine or fee and updating your details. To access our online services, you will generally need your Client and Correspondence ID or a reference number, although requirements will vary depending on the online service.

Note: Our current online forms do not allow you to save details and come back at a later time to complete the form. If you decide to exit the form before completing it, you cannot save it and will need to start again. On the land tax form, clients are able to save changes to postal and contact details without completing the rest of the form.

Client service providers and Property NSW customers can login using their user name and password to access secure information.
