The following online services will be unavailable this weekend due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The myFees online service will be unavailable between 7.00am and 2.00pm on Saturday, 20 September.

The Credit card payment online service will be unavailable between 4.00am and 4.15am on Sunday, 21 October and between 4.00am and 4.15am on Monday, 22 October.

The Customer service forms, Duties, Emergency services levy, Jobs action plan, Land tax, Land tax clearance certificate, Parking space levy, Payroll tax, Royalty online services and Small Business Grant online services will be unavailable between 8.00am and 7.00pm on Sunday, 21 October.

Revenue NSW online services will be unavailable between 11.00am and 7.00pm on Sunday, 21 October.

Overview of online services

We provide free and secure online services for clients across many of our tax bases helping you to complete tasks including lodging a return or updating your details. To access our online services you will generally need your Client and Correspondence ID, although requirements may vary across tax bases.

Customer service forms

Note: Our current online forms do not allow you to save details and come back at a later time to complete the form. If you decide to exit the form before completing it, you cannot save it and will need to start again. On the land tax form, clients are able to save changes to postal and contact details without completing the rest of the form.

Client service providers and Property NSW customers can login using their user name and password to access secure information.
