Scheduled maintenance
The Unclaimed money online service will be unavailable between 9.00pm and 9.30pm on Wednesday, 21 November due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience.

All unclaimed money returns must be sent via our online lodgement facility.

You must be a registered client to send your unclaimed money return. If you do not have a Client Identification (ID) number, register to send unclaimed money.

Note: Only enterprises that want to send unclaimed money to us are required to register. If you want to make a claim for unclaimed money, visit the Search and claim unclaimed money page.

To send unclaimed money you must create a return file to our Unclaimed Money Return Specifications. Sample files are available in the return specifications and you can download a Return File Template (CSV).

It is a simple process and should take only 15 minutes to send a return file via our online lodgement facility.
