Online registration

Please read the following information and ensure that you have all the necessary details before starting the online form.

Information required

  • if you are already a registered client for any other revenue type, you will need to enter your existing Client ID. Your Client ID is generally included on correspondence from us

  • contact name and daytime phone number

  • address details

  • the acquistion date of the property

  • SP or DP number (can be obtained from your land and council rate notice or Valuer General Notice of Valuation)

  • if you are a company, your ABN

  • your EFT bank details to receive any refunds owing to you via direct credit:

    • BSB number

    • account number

    • financial institution

    • branch.

Property details

For each property owned in category 1 areas and/or category 2 areas, provide the following details:

  • SP or SP Number
  • Street number, street name, suburn and postcode
  • Number of spaces
  • Date acquired
  • Date sold.
Note: you must provide details on the reason for each exemption or concession claimed.

If you have all the required information, it should take you about 15 minutes to complete and submit this form.


This online form does not allow you to save your work and come back at a later time to complete the return. If you decide to exit the form before completing it, you will need to start again.
