Duties Act evidentiary requirements: Section 30

Relevant evidentiary requirements must be provided when documents are lodged for assessment of duty.

Section 30

Partitions

  1. Executed deed of partition or agreement (if applicable)
  2. Original executed Transfer/s
  3. A title search showing that the property is held by the registered owners as joint tenants or tenants in common
  4. Appropriate evidence of value of all the dutiable property (see Revenue Ruling DUT 012)
  5. Purchaser/Transferee Declaration
