You need the penalty notice number or infringement number to pay a penalty.
The penalty notice number is at the top of your penalty notice or penalty reminder notice.

You need the following information as proof of identification:
All credit card payments are made through a secure online Westpac link.
We accept Mastercard or Visa payments up to $50,000.
A 0.4 per cent fee applies to all credit card payments.
Unauthorised use of a credit card that has not been issued to you is a serious offence and can carry a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment.
If payment is made after the due date of the penalty reminder notice, further costs will apply.
When you pay an overdue fine or fee, you must include any late fees in your payment.

If you over pay your fine we will check our records for other outstanding fines prior to refunding the overpayment amount.
If your overpayment is reallocated to another fine, and you disagree with our decision you can contact us or login to myPenalty to submit an enquiry.
Your payment may take two days to process. If you’re making a payment to have a restriction lifted, speak with Transport before assuming it has been lifted.
