You need to apply to go to court before the due date on your penalty reminder.
If you've already paid the fine, you have 90 days from the date the penalty was issued.
If you’re not sure of the due date, contact us.
If you don’t apply to go to court within the time limit, you’ll need to go through a more difficult process, which involves proving you were prevented from going to court before the deadline.
