For overdue fines phone: 1300 655 805. For any other enquiries please call during normal business hours (Monday to Friday).

Use myPenalty to view details of your fine; including images of camera detected, traffic, and parking offences, request a review, go to court, status of your fine, and options available for your penalty.

Overdue fines

Use myEnforcement Order to make a payment, apply to pay by instalment, check the status of your overdue fine and dispute your failure to vote fine.

Overdue ambulance fees

Use myFees to make a payment and check the balance of your unpaid ambulance fees.
