Scheduled maintenance
The myFees online service will be unavailable between 6.00am and 10.00am on Saturday, 19 August due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Act now to avoid extra costs and further enforcement action.

myFees allows you to:

  • make a credit card payment
  • check the balance of your outstanding ambulance fees.

Before you start, you will need a copy of your unpaid ambulance fee notice.

Only the person named on the unpaid ambulance fee notice, or an authorised representative of the person named, should access this information.

Note: A 0.4 per cent card payment fee is automatically applied to all payments made with a credit card. All credit card payments are made through a secure Westpac link. We accept payments up to $50,000.

You need to enter your payment reference number located on the bottom of your ambulance fee notice in the 'how to pay' section.

You can setup a payment plan by phone any time through our automated service.

To ensure your payment is processed overnight you must pay before 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Contact your bank or financial institution to make a payment using BPAY.

You need the following information:

  • biller code (205997 for ambulance notices)
  • your payment reference number - if you can't locate the payment reference number, please contact us on 1300 655 805.

We no longer accept credit card payments through BPAY. If you wish to pay by credit card, call 1300 655 805 (international clients call +61 2 9087 7951) or use our online services:

You can only make BPAY payments from overseas if the payment is made via an Australian financial institution who participates in the BPAY Scheme.

To ensure your payment is processed overnight you must pay before 3.30pm Monday to Friday. After this time the transaction can take 2 working days to process. When we receive your BPAY payment is dependent on your financial institution or bank.

Send the payment slip from your fee with a cheque or money order to:

Note: sending payments by mail may result in delays in clearing your ambulance debt.

Take your unpaid ambulance fee notice to Australia Post, where you can pay by:

  • cash
  • bank cheque
  • personal cheque (only available at some Australia Post outlets)
  • EFTPOS (only available at some Australia Post outlets).

To ensure your payment is processed overnight you must pay before 4.30pm Monday to Friday. After this time, the transaction will take 2 working days to process.

We no longer accept credit card payments at any Australia Post Office. If you wish to pay by credit card, please use myFees.
